Assistant Designer / Designer
We are looking for a person to support the yacht design process. This position is ideal both for experienced candidates and for those who wish to learn and grow within the yacht design industry.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Good knowledge of at least one of the following programs: AutoCAD, Rhino
- Higher technical education in architecture, industrial design, ocean engineering, or naval architecture
- Good command of English
- Creativity and motivation to develop in the yachting industry
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing yacht designs – creating technical drawings, 3D models, and design documentation
- Preparing technical documentation (drawings, diagrams, specifications) under the supervision of a designer
- Collaborating with the design team on concept development and prototyping
Composite Specialist
We are looking for committed and detail – oriented individuals to work on the production of yacht components – fiberglass parts and lacquered surfaces.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a painter or finisher – experience with composites will be a strong advantage
- Knowledge of repair, painting, and coating techniques
- Ability to read technological instructions and technical drawings
- Precision, thoroughness, and an aesthetic approach to details
RESPONSIBILITIES::
- Preparing composite surfaces for painting: sanding, filling, priming
- Performing painting tasks: applying coatings (e.g., by spraying or manually), quality control of surfaces
- Surface finishing: touch-ups, masking imperfections, smoothing, and polishing
- Cooperation with the production and prototype departments – following schedules, technologies, and quality standards
Design Office Intern

- Students of technical fields (e.g., architecture, industrial design, ocean engineering, or naval architecture)
- Individuals with basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Rhino
- Communicative, eager-to-learn team players
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist in preparing technical documentation (drawings, 3D models, diagrams)
- Support the design team in concept and prototype development
- Learn design software and processes under the guidance of experienced designers
